Ben Bamford is the founder and strategic lead behind Benzoil. 

With decades of experience across oil trading, chemical markets and environmental services, Ben brings deep technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a sharp eye for opportunity.

Ben is the architect of Benzoil’s unique outsourced operating model and its waste-to-product ethos. He has a knack for turning complex material flows into straightforward solutions, and his network spans regulatory bodies, refiners, industry buyers, and waste innovators across Australia.

What started as a one-person operation with a bold idea has become a national specialist, relied on by some of Australia’s largest utilities, contractors, and manufacturers.
